Medford
is a mid-size city located in southwestern Oregon, about 27 miles from the California-Oregon border. Known for its' pears and timber products, visitors to Medford will see miles and miles of fruit and timber trees as they approach the area. Its' affordable lodging and central location in the midst of the southern Oregon recreational playground makes Medford a very popular tourist destination. Ashland Ski Resort, as well as 23 city, 10 county and 2 state parks and 10 golf courses. No wonder so many people are discovering Medford to be a prime vacation spot!
